SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICIES

 

1. DELIVERY PROCESS

1.1. Self-Managed Delivery: To ensure quality control, our standard procedure is to handle shipments directly by the Cascata team once the wines arrive in Denmark. However, to optimize for speed or specific delivery requirements, we reserve the right to use trusted, professional third-party carriers.

1.2. Customer Notification: Once your "pre-arrival" wines have successfully arrived at our facilities in Denmark, we will promptly inform you via your registered contact method (email or phone).

1.3. Delivery Coordination: Upon notification of wine arrival, we will personally coordinate the delivery directly with you. We'll work to find a mutually convenient time and date for the handover of your wines.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

 

2.1. Pre-Arrival Wines: For "pre-arrival" orders, please note that there will be a waiting period from the time of order confirmation and payment until the wines arrive in Denmark. This timeframe is typically around one (1) month but can vary depending on sourcing, customs, and logistics. We will provide estimated arrival times, but these are subject to change.

2.2. Local Delivery: Once the wines are in Denmark and coordination is complete, local delivery to your specified address will be arranged promptly.
