1. INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Cascata Fine Wine, accessible at www.cascatafws.net. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of wines from us. By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
2. ORDERING AND PAYMENT
2.1. Offer and Proforma: All wine offers, particularly for "pre-arrival" sales, are subject to availability and final confirmation. Once you place an order, you will receive a proforma invoice via email detailing your order and the total amount due.
2.2. Payment Method: Payment for all orders, including "pre-arrival" wines, is available via bank transfer and Payment cards (Visa & Mastercard). Detailed bank account information will be provided on your invoice, and payment through payment cards will be available via paymentlink, which will be provided in an email with your invoice attached. If you pay through the provided paymentlink, the money will be reserved until your order has been delivered or handed over to a third-party transport company.
2.3. Payment Terms: Payment for the proforma invoice is generally due within eight (8) calendar days from the date of issuance. We reserve the right to modify these payment terms on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific client or nature of the order, and this will be clearly communicated on your proforma invoice. Your order will only be confirmed and secured upon receipt of full payment.
2.4. Return Policy for wine: From the day that you receive your order, you have 14 days to notify us for your right of withdrawal. To initiate a return, please email us at MS@CASCATAFWS.NET with your order number and we will provide an address for the return.
You are responsible for the cost of the return. We will issue a full refund once we receive the wine back in its original condition. If the bottle(s) has been opened or is damaged, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value, which in most cases is the full amount of the wine.
3. PRICING
3.1. All prices displayed on our offers are in Danish Krones (DKK) unless otherwise stated and exclude applicable taxes (such as VAT) and shipping costs, which will be added to your proforma invoice where relevant.
3.2. We strive to ensure all pricing information is accurate. However, in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after a proforma invoice has been issued. In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment received will be fully refunded.
