Founded in Meursault in 2018, Maison Glandien is the visionary micro-négociant project of Tino Kuban. After honing his craft alongside legends like Pierre Overnoy and gaining experience at prestigious estates globally, Tino took over the vineyards of Bernard van Berg, renaming the estate Les Jardins Vivants. Maison Glandien serves as his creative outlet, where he sources premium organic and biodynamic grapes from trusted partners across Burgundy and beyond. The 2022 La Cruci is a remarkable expression of Tino’s uncompromising artisanal philosophy. Produced from young vines just four years old, this wine defies its youth with startling depth and complexity. Tino employs a meticulous whole-bunch fermentation for his reds, aging the wine for 10 months in seasoned oak barrels. Every process is gravity-fed to avoid the use of pumps, ensuring the crystalline purity and raw energy that have made Glandien’s limited releases some of the most sought-after "Vin de France" bottlings in modern Burgundy.
