Les Ecully is a testament to this approach, sourced from organic parcels where the soil's health is paramount. The 2022 vintage of Les Ecully highlights Tino's signature style: purity, tension, and an almost ethereal lightness. By utilizing whole-bunch fermentation and avoiding the use of pumps, Tino ensures that the delicate aromatics of the fruit are perfectly preserved.
