Vincent Dancer, based in Chassagne-Montrachet, is one of the ultimate cult icons of modern Burgundy. Operating with a micro-estate mindset, Vincent (now working alongside his son Théo) was the first producer in Chassagne-Montrachet to achieve certified organic status. His low-intervention, hands-off approach—zero filtration, natural yeasts, and no battonage—results in wines of extraordinary purity, electric tension, and unadulterated terroir expression. The "Tête du Clos" is a prized upper section of the Premier Cru Les Morgeots, where thin topsoil over solid limestone bedrock yields fruit of intense mineral concentration.
