The legacy of this rising estate is deeply rooted in Meursault, built upon the historic cellars of her grandfather, the respected vigneron Pierre Boillot. After a career in journalism, current winemaker Marthe Henry returned to her family's origins in 2017 to launch her micro-négoce, eventually reclaiming the 2.5-hectare family vineyard in 2023. She is celebrated by connoisseurs seeking pure, sincere, and terroir-driven expressions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Marthe champions a strict minimalist winemaking philosophy, favoring natural fermentation, extended aging of at least 18 months in barrel, and avoiding unnecessary interventions to ensure the unadulterated essence of the vintage remains the sole protagonist in every single glass.
