"La Digoine" is the estate’s benchmark red wine, sourced from a gently sloping, south-facing amphitheater of old-vine Pinot Noir. The 2022 vintage brought superb maturity and supple texture, yielding a wine of striking aromatic purity and depth. Vinified with a delicate hand using whole clusters and aged in neutral oak casks and foudres, this cuvée offers an extraordinary expression of Pinot Noir—delivering the finesse, subtle spice, and age-worthy structure typically associated with village-level wines from the Côte de Nuits.
