2023 AMIOT-SERVELLE Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru "Les Plantes"
Domaine Amiot-Servelle is a legendary reference point in Chambolle-Musigny, holding the distinction of being the first estate in the village to earn organic certification. Today, Antoine and Prune Amiot-Servelle guide the domaine, continuing a legacy of low-intervention viticulture that highlights the pure, ethereal, and limestone-driven elegance of their terroirs. "Les Plantes" is a historic Premier Cru parcel located just below the village, sitting on thin, stony soils over hard Bajocian limestone. The vines here—some planted in the late 1960s—naturally produce fruit with intense floral aromatics and a bright, energetic structure. The 2023 vintage delivered a stunning harmony of fruit concentration and racy freshness. Vinified with partial whole-cluster inclusion and aged in French oak barrels (around 30% new), this cuvée offers a classic, perfumed, and chiseled expression of Chambolle-Musigny that ages effortlessly.
